This hot pack method makes canning jams SO much easier! Recipe 4 cups strawberries(stems removed) 2 cups sugar 4 tbsp lemon juice Feel free to cut this recipe in half or double or triple the batch. Pulse strawberries in a food processor or blender until they are chopped up. Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer until thick, this could take an hour or so. Test the jam by freezing a spoon and dipping it in the jam. If the jam sticks to the back of the spoon and doesn’t immediately flow off
