Chicken Piccata…… my way 😌!!!! I pan fried chicken cutlets first then I made the sauce with diced shallots, tons of garlic, white wine, chicken bouillon, butter, capers and of course lots of lemon juice. I added some premade gnocchi I purchased from Whole Foods and it was incredible….. it literally tasted homemade! I served the piccata with roasted broccolini 😄 This is a delicious and easy weeknight meal idea! MOLTO BENE 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Cousins….are you all anticipating the #SolarEclipse today?!
