Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream

Save this recipe for Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream! It’s one of the girls favorites Asian desserts so I wanted to give it a try. The ingredients are 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sweet rice flour ( Mochiko ) and a dusting of cornstarch.
