Easy Miso Soup at Home

Miso is also packed with probiotics so it’s as good for the gut as it is for the soul 🥰 INGREDIENTS (4 servings): 4 cups water 8 oz silken tofu, cubed 2 tsp Hondashi, dashi powder ¼ cup wakame dried seaweed 4 tbs miso paste 2 green onions, sliced DIRECTIONS: 1. In a pot on med-high heat, boil water. 2. Add dashi powder, seaweed, & tofu. 3. Turn off heat & add miso thru a strai
