The BEST pumpkin pie! Don’t forget to use ROOM TEMPERATURE ingredients! It may seem crazy, but every single time I forget, my pie cracks. When I remember, it’s perfect! I love the spices in this pie and the texture from the heavy whipping cream. I know evaporated milk is common, but I think it has flavor to it that I don’t really want overpowering my spices and pumpkin. Plus, I think heavy cream gives a creamier pie.
