However, added to this is that when MS insisted I converted to MS Outlook (new) I have been no longer able to open MS Outlook (classic). Oct 9, 2024 · Many including myself agree the new outlook isn't ready. The only thing Microsoft did wrong is forcing it down our throat. As a side note, I have all 3 versions of email clients, the default Mail app, Outlook (new) and Outlook 2016 desktop app. I can choose which app I want to use and it doesn't "redirect" me to Outlook (new) app.
