On Zoom or FaceTime it just shows a black screen, and when I try switching between the two cameras the same thing happens with the front-facing camera, but the rear-facing camera does not seem to be affected.

It does not respond at all. It worked fine one day and the next day unresponsive. The screen does not light up No battery indicator just a black screen.

I’ve tried several different apple cables. The adapter will allow charge-through to my iphone, so it’s not a hardware issue.
