May 7, 2011 · 2. One thing is for sure, when it comes to menuverability on the road, this bike is a 10/10!!!! When compared to an r6 it's almost comical how much more manuverable the WRX is. Its lighter, by FAR easier to turn, easier to move anywhere, basically a thousand times more managable (at least at low speed).

Jun 28, 2016 · Hi all, this is my first post on this forum! I am considering switching bikes (currently have a Yamaha FJ-09) and have been eyeing the WR250X. I think I can deal with the fact that the WR has about 90 hp less than my current bike, but what I really am concerned about is the engine longevity on this bike. I ride about 25k miles a year, all street.

I think I read that they used there very own bolt pattern though for the x front rotor, at some point someone was asking about replacements for the front rotor

Jun 15, 2011 · It just blows my mind that more parts are not interchangeable. You would think it would be the case. It would make sense from a mfg standpoint. That's because the WR-250R is not a decendant of or somehow based on any year YZ-250F. It is it's own model with a different engine, chassis, and practically everything else.

May 9, 2011 · I'm wondering if the stock gearing on the WRX is right for me. I ride 90% street/canyons and 10% freeway. I don't love the look of the rear sprocket, so at the very least I want to swap that out for a better looking/lighter one.
