Property tax in my country is practically nothing, a couple hundred Euros s yest.. There are no equivalents if state and local tax; sales tax is factored into the list price of goods and services.

Medical is cheaper, but bureaucracy is 3 times worse than in the U.S. Everything has a VAT tax, and Amazon is really, really expensive with import costs, customs, and other taxes.
