Nov 9, 2024 · Try looking for early M parts. It used the same parts and most vendors carry them. Probably still available from Deere as well. Look here at YT and Sharp's. Don't know if the L is listed on Deere's website so you can look up part numbers but the M is. I can look up the numbers in my parts files if needed.

Nov 16, 2024 · Similar experience with a distributor from Amazon. 40 bucks for the whole distributor. The points needed their gap checked, but that was it. Bolt it on the tractor and go. This site has the oddball parts that aren't being knocked off in China and marketed on Amazon... although most parts on this site come from China as well.

I started making these diagrams at the request of multiple individuals as well as antique tractor parts suppliers as far back as 2008. Some wanted diagrams to match their kit instructions and others for their differing kit instructions and some simple as "Ford was off the assembly line".

Sep 18, 2015 · Some TISCO parts I might just go to my local tractor guy to buy and parts like points, plugs, condensers I just go to my local NAPA dealer and get Echlin or Blue Streak brands. But when restoring, there's nothing like the DC exact-as-original parts for fit and looks. Almost every parts dealer sells the DC parts too with a percentage of markup.
