Foam Pulling through stitching on puff embroidery - T-Shirt Forums
Oct 27, 2009 · We did a test stitch on fabric and it did fine but when we did a test stitch on a throw-away cap the foam is pulling through the stitching. I'm thinking maybe the foam wasn't flush against the cap when it started but I'm hoping someone has some quick tips so I don't burn through a dozen caps trying to get it right.

Jul 28, 2012 · The top picture is an example of a stitching that stitched without the bobbin and looks okay on top, so I didn't notice that happened until we were trimming the back of the embroidery design. In the middle picture, I was doing some tension testing and when there was a thread break, the top line was what it looked like on the back.

For instance, gray tees with pink stitching along the shoulders and arms, red tees with white stitches, etc. This doesn't seem to exist - I have been searching Google for seemingly hours and haven't found a single service yet. Attaching embroidered patches - Heat press or stitch on?
Nov 10, 2021 · But I've seen some products with heat pressed patches that have a line of glue visible around the edges. The patches will be black, and often placed on black garments. So if theres a glue line, it would be quite visible on my products. I want to avoid any visible glue, even if it means stitching the patches on by hand.

Apr 11, 2009 · Generally I tighten my 'background' stitching for 0.30 so the fabric colour doesn't show through too much. A couple of my theories are that the innitial embroidering is pulling the fabric in different directions, or that perhaps it's the backing?! But this happens when using thick material like flexfit hats as well..
