Feb 26, 2021 · Re: channel guide stopped working. This is an issue Roku must fix with their Guide Provider. This is NOT a problem with the TV. I would recommend not doing anything to your TV's to try to fix this issue. All you may do is mess up your settings. Nothing you can do will fix the "no data available" on the Antenna.

It appears after a recent software update (I can only tell because a few icons changed on the Roku OS), the channel information for OTA channels is no longer displaying. I get only the message "no information available." I'm using a Hisense 50" Roku TV.
