I use the bushing/adapters on all my 3pt attachments with my Quick Hitch just because it helps snug everything up and at 5.50 a pair at fleet farm it was not to expensive to do. May 30, 2018 · Takes two bushings to get to the correct size. On the lower pins, you can do that, but there are actually quick hitch bushings with the large diameter outer stop on them. Jun 25, 2015 · About $3 or less each. If you try to put a CAT 1 implement on a CAT 2 or 3 Quick Hitch you will need a bushing (s) for the implement. However, on the QHs you are considering, they are stuck in CAT 1 dimensions so there won't be any hooking up to CAT 2 unless the implement is modified to CAT 1 width.

Mar 30, 2016 · The top link and bottom links are different sizes but for most quick hitches they use cat 3 size pins. So for the top link on a cat 1 implement the easiest way to fit is to use a cat 1 to cat 2 bushing with a cat 2 to cat 3 top link bushings over a 3/4" pin.

If you have a clevis style hookup on your implement, you can use the cheaper bushings that are basically just "sleeves" that step up the size of your cat 1 pin, to cat 2, and then cat 3. So it's actually two sleeves you would need, to go from cat 1 to 3.
