Sep 30, 2024 · I don't trust any of the console manufacturers with digital purchases, so once physical goes on console then I'll likely follow. Most of my library is already on PC. I'd be willing to bet the EU and FTC will have an issue with console manufacturers having full control over pricing of games, because there would be no alternative.

Dec 4, 2020 · The console is much quieter than the PS4, but not what I'd consider silent as I've seen mentioned on here. In comparison, the series X is effectively silent. The disc drive is audible when first launching a game. Once that calms down I can't really hear the console, the same distance away as the PS5, unless I'm right next to the console.

Sold the launch model before the pro was officially announced to get maximum value, but since the pro doesn't come with a disc drive, It leaves me torn on the PS5 slim. I could sell it I think for around £320 ish, but then the disc drive is £100, and I'm still disc only on PS5 ...
