He's sixty and runs 5-6 miles daily, plus weights 3x week, yoga 3x a week, and bi-weekly 2+ hr bike rides. So I just came across the social media of a guy I knew from around the sydney area back in 2015 ish who is probably a miscer, and he still seems to be doing the whole 'zyzz thing' posting pics of himself with zyzz on instagram, etc, and deriving his motivation from Zyzz. He's my age so he's 30 now and this feels rather unsettling.
