I've applied the changes posted above but my game still launches a dark screen and does not crash. Are there any other potential ideas that could possible fixed this problem? I am running a dual monitor set up with one of them being a 144hz monitor.

In the zero collection you can set which one you want to use. They gave you like 1-2 based off each game then there were ones you unlocked for doing achievements in game. That is indeed what I was talking about.
