Home Depot "Pre-Selected to Apply" letter - myFICO® Forums
May 19, 2016 · This is the first time I've ever received anything from Citi. Yesterday I got a Home Depot envelope in the mail. The exact verbage is "Pre-Selected To Apply," and not "Pre-Approved." However there is a firm 25.99 APR on the letter, and an invitation code. When I go to the Home Depot preapproval page, it can't find an offer for me. So what is this?

Sep 22, 2015 · Im not going to apply but the interesting thing is about 2 months ago I had a preapproval offer on the citi site for the home depot card with 17.9% apr. This Pre-selected offer has me at 25.9% apr. It does have the you can choose to stop receving "prescreened" message at the bottom. its just exciting to get something different in the mail lol.
