I had the cringeworthy pleasure of being in earshot while the sales person played their terrible game with them. Thankfully they also got fed up and walked and ended up buying from a smaller dealer in the state.

Oct 10, 2023 · I will 100% second the General RV in Elizabethtown, PA. we are full time and lost an ac unit 30 days before the dometic warranty was to run out. They took us without an appointment to get the warranty work started. Then we found out suspension bolts were worn. they had zero openings, so the service manager changed shirts and did the work for us.

Jan 20, 2019 · Bought a brand new TT from General RV in Virginia in 2017. Have nothing but positive things to say about the dealership. The sales, financing, delivery were all really easy. Had a major issue with the trailer in August of 2018 where the floor was rotting out.

Clemens, Michigan General RV try to tell me that payload and gross ratings dont matter with a WDH and only matter for 5th wheels in an attempt to get me to puchase a trailer that was measuring 500lbs over what the hitch weight was supposed to be. (1155 listed, 1600+ on the scale).

May 5, 2021 · Once the RV was sold, and financed by the bank, it's off the dealership's books (the bank transfers the full amount of the sale to the dealership). At this point, the bank holds the title to the RV, dealership has made their money. I'd think that along with the buyers, the bank would have a fraud case against the dealership too.
