Feb 20, 2024 · I'm dealing with something that looks quite similar right now, and a clinic said it was a fungal infection, and sent me home with ear drops (1% hydrocortisone, 2% acetic acid). But I can't really find many images online that look like what I'm dealing with, so it has me questioning if it is something fungal.

I use a combination of Vaxol ear spray (olive oil) and Betnovat, cortisone solution, to help with itching in the ears, removal of wax, and preventive treatment when I feel that the itching is getting painful.
