Jun 2, 2015 · I just bought a 94 ford ranger 2.3L rear wheel drive 5 speed manual. brand new clutch and completely rebuilt transmission. Every gear is great except for 5th gear, when I try to shift into 5th it slips into gear but when I let off the clutch it grinds and spits it back out.
