Usually if you have that much horsepower you've beefed up your internals anyways (heads, cams, rods, etc). Other weak spots are driveshaft...and rear axle..

As I said earlier, it ain't happening. The highest I've ever seen from a N/A (naturally aspirated) 4.6 3V (not a stroker) is 393rwhp SAE on 93 octane pump gas.
