The law here in NY is that emergency vehicles have to stop at red lights (and for school buses with their stop lights out), so make sure to find out the laws in your area.

Apr 22, 2016 · Also, I put a Ion Duo over the rear view mirror on the mount it comes with. I opted for putting two on the bumper and one in the cab. The one behind the mirror punches through the Jeep grill logo without a bit of issue, but it blocks the light from being visible when its off. The other two are at 22.5 degree angles on each side of my JCR bumper.
