Jan 4, 2022 · Crafted is just quick gearing option. It's generally good enough to last you the whole savage tier until you get better gear. Tomestone and Savage gear have limits on how much you can obtain at a time. So generally if you have the gil you'll grab crafted then upgrade later on with tomestone and Savage gear.

Mar 21, 2015 · From what I've noticed, you can usually buy level appropriate gear at camps where you usually accept that level range's leves. Using the Limsa region as an example, at level 15 you can start to do leves at Aleport. There is a merchant in Aleport that will sell gear appropriate for levels 15-20.

Put your casuality tomes towards a relic weapon. After that, you save up comedy tomes for 650 set of gear and do the last alliance raid for more 650 and the coin to upgrade to 660

Oct 5, 2017 · The calamity salvager should sell the i50/i55 job gear - but only after you have finished the job quests to get it normally. The i90 gear can be bartered for with an NPC in Mor Dhona. All the lv60 artifact gear can be bartered for with seals or tomestones. The starting gear SAM and RDM gets, that I am not sure if you can get anywhere else.

Mar 21, 2024 · If the game follows the iLevel patterns of the past for combat gear, the first L90 crafted gear available from Dawntrail will be iL645 gear, and the L90 Poetics gear will be iL660. (Of course, the L90 poetics gear won't be available until reaching the end of Dawntrail's MSQ.) Top crafted gear now is 640, but it can be upgraded to 650.

Sep 26, 2018 · It is definitely wonky with low-level tank gear. When I was leveling WAR, it liked to recommend DPS gear over the tank gear on the left side quite a bit. Maybe it should look at class restrictions (a lot of tank gear is still restricted) and DEF as a higher priority if the VIT matches. On the right side, things are a bit different.
