Orange wire not connected or power not get-ting to radio. Check both fuse’s in filter box.Check all connections on these wires and verify that radio is getting 12Volts on both wires. Verify all speakers used are 4ohm or greater. Verify that none of the speakers are going to ground.
USA 6 custom autosound radio problem, have u experienced??
May 28, 2005 · I have a usa 6 model, 2 months old. The volume dial does not work, it just spins freely which is a real PITA. I called the hotline, and had to leave a message with no response yet.

Feb 18, 2010 · I purchased a Custom Auto Sound radio and speakers for my "56 Chevy Bel Air. They rate the radio at 240 watts (60 per channel). My model number is USA-5. I have returned the radio two times and now the replacement has failed after less than one hour of play. This makes a total of three failures!

Unfortunately I found them to be under powered and tinny (without a separate power amps). I see they now have a 240 Watt USA-630 with an optional iPod interface. Has anyone installed a 630 without an amp?
