In 2013 the Cincinnati Reds darkened their shade of red but kept the rest of their logos, in use since 1999, the same. The logo shows a white wishbone-style C on a red field of the same shape with a black drop shadow, inside the C is REDS written in white lettering.

The club’s current logo is also the name of the team placed inside the white letter “C,” symbolizing Cincinnati. “C” has a horizontally elongated and teardrop-shaped, white color, black shadows in the lower part, which makes it three-dimensional. The mark serves as a border for the inscription “REDS,” located in the center (inside it).
