Deleting your Zoom account
How to delete your Zoom account. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Profile. Click Terminate My Account. Click Yes to confirm that you would like to terminate your Zoom account. This will permanently delete your Zoom account.
Canceling a Zoom subscription on Google Play
Go to the Google Play Store on the web and ensure you are signed into the Google account you used to purchase your Zoom subscription. In the navigation menu on the left side of the page, click My subscriptions. Click Manage on the Zoom subscription. Click Cancel subscription.

Contact your dedicated Account Executive. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Plan Management. To the right of the plan you want to change, click Manage. Click Edit Plan. Change your subscription cycle to Monthly or Annual.
