Apr 24, 2005 · Something that's been bugging me ever since I got my flatscreen CRT TV is that it appears at an angle of the horizontal. A chap came and looked at it today and said that it's the way that flatscreen CRTs are because of electronic adjustment to make it appear flat, and they allow a 3% discrepancy.
