The 2020 Bluet Champagne Method sparkling wine is made from 100% Maine wild blueberries with no sulfites and no dosage. It is dry and pure and captures the essence of the coast of Maine. We encourage cellaring this wine as it will bring out complex aromas and allow the bubbles to become very fine.
