Use a foam sponge or brush to apply the sealer to the grout lines. Make sure the grout is covered evenly and completely to ensure the sealer creates a watertight barrier. Let the sealer set for about 10 minutes, then use a dry cloth to wipe off the excess sealer from the surrounding tile.

Apply Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer using a Miracle Sealants Mira Brush or a clean, lint free rag. Apply enough to wet the surface. Be careful not to saturate the open grout joints. Allow Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer to stand for approximately 3-5 minutes for maximum penetration.

Apply sealer using a foam paint brush, paint pad or a small roller. Coat the grout lines, making sure you cover the grout joints completely. If the sealer gets on the tile, take a damp cloth and wipe the sealer off. 4 Wait 5 to 15 minutes to allow the first coat to soak into the grout. Apply the second coat and wait another 5 to 15 minutes.
