Open the Biblesoft folder on your desktop or insert the thumb drive. Double left click on the file called #1 -. Please wait at least 3 minutes for the install to come up before trying again. Follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted, click on the Finish button.

I'm not completely sure what caused your problem with PC Study Bible, but it could either be that your license has expired or some kind of registry error in Windows. First, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. If you don't have the installer anymore, try installing CCleaner and see if fixing registry errors will get the tool to run.
