Bought a Countyline 25-ton splitter in 2017 (that is a Tractor Supply brand) and the control valve has not been working properly but main thing, it began leaking at top of control valve. On the attached image, noticed hydraulic oil at the very top of the nut on top the entire control valve assembly.

Someone on another board confirmed with a TSC manager that indeed the CountyLine is a rebadged Huskee. They now have a Kohler motor on them but people say the last of the Huskees also had Kohlers on them.

Nov 20, 2019 · 96,467. Location: Hollidaysburg Pa. I had to replace the Love Joy coupler between the hydraulic pump and engine on the Huskee/Speeco log splitter. The coupler was worn to the point of failure. The engine is the Briggs and Stratton 6.75 HP with a 7/8" shaft. The pump is a Speeco with a 1/2'' shaft. There are 3 parts total.

Dec 27, 2021 · People think a 4 way wedge is the ultimate. Then try and put one on a splitter that is made to be a conventional 2 way splitter. I am on my 2nd splitter that was made to be a 4 way. It MUST be hydraulically adjustable and the wing needs to be lowered enough so it can still act as a conventional 2 way on hard to split wood.
