WEBSep 21, 2012 · Step 1: Finding the files. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps and go into 'Team Fortress 2 Materials' - GCFScape will open. Now, Go to tf > materials > console. Right click on the console map and 'Extract' it somewhere. I created a map on my desktop first, named 'TF2 Loading Screens' and extracted it in there.
