They haven't been banned from a specific game hub, but from the Steam Community itself. Game hub bans won't result in a community and trade ban. Just can't post on that specific forum anymore.

Apr 14, 2023 · The good thing is that 24 hour bans normally will not even put the "banned" tag on your account, although it will turn your profile private. The OP is talking about a game hub ban, not a community ban. That does not turn your profile private. Only community bans do that.
