Peloton Power Zone classes are decent training for cycling. I can’t stand the spin class style ones. “Now, decrease resistance, get out of the saddle, cadence 100+!”. Never have I ever done this while actually on a bike. Further, with Peloton you can add coached strength training, yoga, etc. to your workout regimen.

Aug 15, 2022 · So perhaps a suggestion is to buy they best spinning bike you can afford and use the Peloton App. You can take all the workouts same as other peloton users, the monthly payment is much less, about $12/month vs $40/month (I think). Keiser is a much better-quality spinning bike, around 1700 or 2000 USD.
