To be effective you have to run at least AP but prefer 7n, which makes running it a bit pricey. I honestly prefer the 45 because it is a bit more budget friendly and I don't see others run it much. It's more challenging to use and control but I find that to be more fun. The 45 has character and sounds mean as fuck without a suppressor.

Apr 16, 2024 · The 45 ACP trilug adapter replaces the piston that comes factory in your suppressor. You do not need the fixed barrel adapter and it will not fit inside the suppressor with the tri-lug adapter. All you need is the 45acp trilug adapter for the suppressor and an M16x1lh tri lug for the barrel.

Sep 26, 2022 · I got a Rugged Obsidian 45. I also have a Banish 45. Both are among the most decibel reduction. I would have went with another Banish 45 but their prices are higher right now for some reason. I also like the notion that the Rugged is using the tougher metal alloys which in theory should last longer before they erode from muzzle blast.

Jul 24, 2021 · Currently I am hoardkng 45 and shifting my 9mm's alot. 9mm shots faster and ks cheap Somali tend to shoot alot more rounds per range trip. 45 SBR bruises my face so you know it is sending heavy metal down range. 45 is slow af. It has quite a delay at 100 yards. Optic wise I like absolute or lower 1/3 cowitness.
