Dec 25, 2013 · Here's the situation: Pre cooked goose in the fridge Only one (electric) oven Potatoes/veg to roast Current plan is to put the goose in the oven at a low temperature for a couple hours to heat through (well wrapped in tin foil and baking parchment), take it out to do the potatoes/veg at roasting temperature, and put it back for the last 10 minutes to crisp it up.

Dec 12, 2021 · Slow cooked goose can be done in pretty much the same way you'd do BBQ pulled pork. If it's wild goose, I'd recommend a 24 hour marinade though to get rid of gameyness. Pheasant is ALWAYS delicious, anyway you prepare.
