Jun 12, 2022 · It was working 2 days ago and we've been using the Google Voice Number for other accounts. I can still receive other text or codes such as from Microsoft but OTP is not being received. I also tried to used the Call me option but it's just saying 4 numbers instead of 6 numbers that is a usual for OTP.

May 1, 2024 · Same situation, amazon OTP sms stopped working and even with calls I can only arrive to the last 2 digits. Someone said I should never use a voip number, but I disagree. It's my choice and convenient for travelling, and it's been working until now.

I'm trying to buy a book on my kindle and I'm still not receiving the OTP email to verify my account, it won't work with text as i have only just updated my new phone number. Mar 31, 2023 · Having an issue with Amazon emails to my hotmail account. I've forgotten my password, so they send a OTP to my hotmail account, but I can't see them. Have spoken with Amazon at length, they tell me it is a Hotmail issue. The emails are not in my junk folder, they are not on my blocked senders list, and the Amazon domain is in my safe senders list.
