Apr 16, 2023 · The AC adapter does power the Razer and even without the USB C connected it will not drain the battery, even while gaming. I paid over 4 K for this laptop and sunk hundreds into repairs and the lack of support or even acknowledgement from Razer is frustrating. I even did a fresh install of windows (11).

After setting it all up and transferring data, whenever my laptop goes to sleep, it turns back on but the laptop display is now black and my computer doesn’t recognize the main laptop display as a display at all.
