Jan 18, 2022 · First, there is a Bose App you can use to check the headset for a firmware upgrade. If you have not done that, you might look into it. Secondly, when I pair mine, I see and option for an LE Bose type device, but I select the Headphone option farther down the list. I just paired mine yesterday and they work fine.

I recently updated to Windows 11 from Windows 10 on a work issued Dell Vostro. My bluetooth headset (Bose nc 700) connects, BUT the mic doesn't function. The headset is listed as my default audio output and input device on my computer, and I have run through the audio source fixes in an attempt to fix this.

I have confirmed they are conncted by bluetooth and are showing up as paired but are not showing up as a playback device so I cant hear computer audio through them. I have tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling and touble shooting.
