Lafayette police found Laportia Shenett and Kadeisha Ross dead Saturday morning inside an apartment in the 100 block of Cochise Drive.

Two women were found dead inside of an apartment, which investigators “do not believe this was a random act.” Lafayette Police Department was called Mar. 1, around 7:30 a.m., at the Village Square Apartments at 107 Cochise Trail.
