It's the end of an era. BuzzFeed is selling First We Feast, which is the studio that owns " Hot Ones ," the incredibly popular celebrity talk show featuring increasingly scorching levels of chicken wings and an assortment of increasingly exceptionally spicy hot sauces.

The sale, to a group that includes the show’s host, Sean Evans, and Soros Fund Management, will allow BuzzFeed to pay down tens of millions of dollars in debt.

The buyers include an affiliate of Soros Fund Management, progressive podcast company Crooked Media and Mythical Entertainment, the media company founded by the YouTube creators known as Rhett and Link.
