It plays mp3 ringtones pretty nice and I consider loud. The V195 also supports bluetooth headsets like the Motorola H500, so you can drive or walk around without having to have the phone in hand.

Also the Motorola operating system is a bit outdated but is very customizable. I purchased the V195 with T-Mobile for $19.99 with a 2-year contract. It was an amazing deal for what I got.
