July 22, 2024 Goose Island Just Released Details for Its Cult-Favorite Bourbon County Stout 2024 Lineup This year the brewery used Bardstown Bourbon Company barrels to age one of its beers.

Goose Island also operates the Barrel House space for private events at 603 N. Sacramento Blvd. on the city's West Side, where the brewery also ages its Bourbon County Brand Stout.
