The foodtech unicorn has announced that it will manually check physical locations of cloud kitchens that run 10+ brands and review their menus to see if they are differentiated enough.

Cloud kitchens have been gaining in popularity, even among national chains. If this first location is successful, the Rotary may look to open other cloud kitchens in Denver and possibly other cities.
