It looks like a sparkling pét ... to serve instead of wine, beer and spirits. But the OzHarvest Ventures team also identified an opportunity to produce non-alcoholic drinks commercially.

This cocktail is made with Arak, red grape juice, fresh lemon juice, almond juice (almond milk), and sparkling ... kosher red wine. Garnish with a salt rim, dehydrated lemon and blueberry skewer.
