With no new big titles on the marque and most of the top nominated pictures now available in the home, Marvel's superhero pic easily stayed atop the chart in its third outing with $15 million.

Brave New World' topped the box office for the third weekend in a row with $15 million while 'Last Breath' debuted to $7.8 million.

Written by Mitchell LaFortune, Alex Parkinson and David Brooks and based on a true story, Last Breath follows a seasoned deep-sea diver as he battles the raging elements to rescue his crewmate trapped hundreds of feet below the ocean’s surface. It’s the only wide entry this weekend. Previews start at 2 p.m. Thursday.
