WASHINGTON — A person has been taken into custody as officials investigate a suspicious vehicle near the U.S. Capitol Wednesday evening. According to the US Capitol Police, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle along First Street, near the Grant Memorial and later took the driver into custody.
