It happened Saturday, June 7, in Palm Coast, and the 14-year-old escaped with the help of another driver who blocked the pursuing SUV, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office reported in a June 12 news release. The 65-year-old driver was arrested and faces “multiple charges,” the sheriff’s office said.
