A 60-year-old woman has died and a 58-year-old man has been arrested after a golf cart crash early Sunday in The Villages.

A man from The Villages is accused of DUI manslaughter following the death of a woman who fell out of a golf cart that he was operating while impaired, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
