A man is accused of spray painting a swastika on the glass front door of a library and leaving ‘harassing’ voicemails to church.

A 23-year-old Bettendorf man faces charges after police say he defaced numerous businesses with spray paint – even going so far as to climb a ladder to do it, according to court records.
